Prospero Alpini
Our story

We know what we're about.

Prospero Alpini brings pistachios and nut creams from source to shelf.

Pistachios in their shells, close up
“Great taste transcends borders, and we're here to share it with the world.”

We work through a partner network built with Fudo Import Export, with offices in the United States, Canada, Türkiye and Brazil.

The work is logistics as much as food. Product has to be graded correctly, packed correctly and arrive on time, whether it's headed to a retail shelf or a bakery kitchen. That part never shows up in a photograph, and it's the part we care most about getting right.

We're also growing what we carry. Alongside our own pistachio and cream products, we now distribute DailyShot's wellness shots.

About the name

We share our name with Prospero Alpini (1553-1617), the Venetian physician and botanist whose writings include one of Europe's earliest descriptions of the coffee plant.
